ACME SUCTION MACHINE
powerful, portable & designed for easy job site mobility
LAND THE PULLING CABLE EVERY TIME
EXTREMELY HIGH POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT VACUUM
The ACME Suction Machine is a commercial grade suction machine, designed specifically to aid in the water lateral pipe pulling process. Being a positive displacement suction pump, it will convey air, water, and oil. Its use, and the addition of a lubricant in the step process simplifies and ensures the installation of the MAX Pulling Cable which is integral to your pipe pulling success.
It is powerful and portable, designed for easy job site mobility, transport and operation.
COMMERCIAL-GRADE PERFORMANCE
This commercial grade vacuum pump is a smaller, portable version of the hydrovac truck, utilizing the same principal component – a positive displacement blower. A reliable GX 200 Honda engine powering a Roots PD URAI 24 Positive Displacement Blower capable of producing vacuum to 15 in Hg (204 in H2O).
Safely produce high suction used to convey air, water, and lubricants with this compact, portable machine.

4-STEP PIPE PULLING PROCESS
When pulling pipes, landing the pulling cable into the host pipe can sometimes be the most challenging step in the process. Use of The ACME Suction Machine and our systematic multi-step approach ensures your success in landing the MAX Pulling Cable to the host lateral virtually every time with ease.
STEP 1
Connect the Suction Machine to the proximal end of the lateral, evacuate any remaining water and suck in a pull cord.
STEP 2
Then, while holding the landed string stationary, suck in 1 or 2 cups of biodegradable vegetable oil or liquid soap until it comes out the other end.
STEP 3
Now tie the landed pull cord to the 1/4″ leader cable and pull the leader cable in.
STEP 4
Then connect the 1/4″ leader cable to the MAX pulling cable and easily pull the MAX pulling cable in.
